Who wants to be our neighbor? #9

Yet another installment of great homes for sale over here in our new neighborhood. Most of these are foreclosures that seemed to have just popped up in the last few weeks. It looks like some of them need a little TLC and others need a lot of TLC. All of them are great deals though considering the proximity to downtown and historic nature of most of these places as well as the rest of the neighborhood. Enjoy!

  1. These posts are so cool. I really like how you’re generating some positive publicity behind that area. It’s a great neighborhood.

Thanks. I agree that it’s a great area with loads of potential for anyone looking to buy into an area early on. ;)

I love these too. One word of caution, however. it should be noted that some of these homes are on RealtyTrac.com and some of those are in limbo states before foreclosure. in fact, of those mentioned above, off the top of my head, none of them are actively for sale in the Columbus MLS.

Many of them tend to be slated for sheriff sale and I don’t recommend sheriff sales to anyone but experienced investors -sight unseen almost always- and those with deep pockets to plunk down the Sheriff’s ridiculous down payment demands at the courthouse. Yes, all the best deals go to the rich who take the risk and then get richer.
