Who wants to be our neighbor? #5

I’ve been getting a lot of great feedback (mostly in the form of private emails) about my postings of homes for sale in the King Lincoln / Bronzeville neighborhood where Anne and I just purchased our first home. Well, I’ve found eight more in addition to the others (here, here, and here) still for sale. There’s a variety of styles, sizes, and price points available to fit just about anyone’s taste.

So… who wants to be our neighbor?

245 N. Miami Ave

3 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom

The details online mention that this home was just rehabbed 2.5 years ago including a new roof and new windows.

This one looks move-in ready and professionally renovated from the interior photos.

This is a downtown mansion for only $35/sqft!

79 N. 21st St

$132,000
Another very affordable short sale.

246 21st St

2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom

This place looks very much move in ready and freshly renovated.

1091 E. Long St

I love the style of this building.

188 N. 20th St

2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom

The interior photos look very nice and freshly rehabed. Looks very move-in ready.

761 Mayme Moore Pl

3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms

I’m not a huge fan of how suburban this style is, but if you’re looking for a large yard and a new build, you can’t beat the price for this move in ready home.

The birds-eye-view thing on the caldwell banker site is sweet.

There are some rentals in the area, but not a lot of info online. Would probably have to drive around and look for “For Rent” signs.
