Hamilton Park Place is a new condo development in the King Lincoln district right down the street from where we just bought a house. Anne & I went to view the model unit there about a month ago at a Sunday open house. Below is some info about what’s currently being offered there along with details that they’ll be hosting an open house on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend from 1pm to 5pm. Go check it out!
We just wanted to take a moment to wish each of you a very happy holiday and to let you know that our Hamilton Park Place model will be open both this weekend and next!
Progress continues everyday on the site and we are now quickly approaching the date that our first buyers will be moving in!
Two very important notes that we want to share with you……..
#1. Interest rates continue their downward trend. NCB was quoting 4 7/8% fixed for 30 years for Hamilton Park Place!! Now is the time to buy before rates start inching back up! It’s never been more affordable to own a home then now!
Contact Tom Wheeler at National City Mortgage to see how you can take advantage of these incredible rates being offered to buyers at Hamilton Park Place. His number is 614-445-3705 or email him at thomas.wheeler@ncmc.com He has a neat website too! It is www.wheelerthomas.com
#2. The builder is offering to pay up to $2,000 in closing costs for the next 2 units sold (but only the next two)!! Now is the time to hurry home to Hamilton Park Place!!
We will be open on Saturday and Sunday 1-5pm. So if you have family members who are visiting for the holiday and you would like to show them your new home, please bring them by to take a look!!
We wish you and you family a blessed holiday season and a wonderful new year that includes a great new home at Hamilton Park Place!

While I posted this info back in December, I believe there are still units available at Hamilton Park Place. It’s a beautiful building.
