Tea Tasting Workshop at ZenCha Tea Salon

Please join us for a Zen moment before you start your week at ZenCha Tea Salon for a Tea Tasting Workshop and international food pairing.We will learn a bit of history about tea and taste five teas, each of which will come with a sample-sized food pairing. The teas will include a fruit/herbal infusion, two green teas, an oolong tea and a black tea. I-Cheng’s professional culinary staff is finalizing the food pairings; at this time he reports that the list includes an English-style finger sandwich, Chinese-style chicken, French dark chocolate, a Japanese-style dessert with sweet red bean, and fresh berries/lemon.
