On Friday, October 31, the Short North wil launch what many expect will become THE ultimate masquerade party in Ohio. HighBall, to be staged directly on High Street in the heart of the Short North, will include bands, DJs, a parade of pooches and, of course, thousands of revelers in outrageous masquerade ensembles. Details of the new event will be unveiled Wednesday evening by the Short North Business Association at a happy hour presentaton at Skully’s Music Diner.
