Rumor Mill: Groceries Coming to Gay & Pearl

Grocery stores are probably one of the top items on everyone’s list for amenities missing from Downtown Columbus. Very soon there may be a fix for that problem right in the center of the city.

Rumor has it that an upscale grocery/marketplace concept will be arriving soon at the intersection of Gay Street and Pearl Alley, possibly in the old Skambo spot. This could make a great location during the summer months as it would be right outside the Lynn and Pearl Alley Markets that occur twice a week and include many farm-fresh food items from around Central Ohio.

Stay tuned for more details on this rumored development.
