More Long Street Corridor Improvement Coming
February 3rd, 2008This recently vacant apartment building at the corner of 17th and Long just began a major rehab. The building has been owned, for nearly four years now, by the city of Columbus and was part of the city’s land bank program.
Official records haven’t been changed yet to reflect the new ownership but I can tell you they have a big crew working on the tear-out of this building.
