Hi,
Just saw the video for the carbonara. The copy suggests it is made using Humboldt Fog but the chef (unfortunately) does not use Humboldt Fog.
Thought you might like to change that.

Hi Bob! Good eye. That was a mistake on my part and I just edited it out of the post. The Humboldt was actually in this previously posted recipe and I switched it around.
