There’s a new venue downtown that seems to have slipped under the radar a bit. The James Club 88 Piano Bar & Jazz Cafe is located at 55 West Long Street (corner of Long and Front), and according to their website, offers “some of the best piano and vocal artists in the midwest”.
Their website listed August 31st and September 1st as their grand opening.
Has anyone been yet? Quite a few people have complained previously that there weren’t any good jazz clubs in Columbus. This could be just the thing you’re looking for!
