In a very small way.
I sent a letter to the Other Paper editor that showed up in this week’s issue where I razz the idea of people complaing about curb-side pickup by asking them to call in a ride instead. The original article can be found here.
My letter is as follows:
How to hail a taxi from anywhere in Columbus in three easy steps: 1) Reach into your back pocket (or purse) and pull out your cell phone. 2) Call 444-4444 or 777-7777 (you can enter these into your contact or speed dial settings if they’re too hard to remember). 3) Wait 5 minutes (the hardest part). Ta-da!
Just a dumb little snarky bit on my part. But very awesome that the Other Paper printed the ColumbusUnderground.com URL under my name though.
7777777? Third step should be ‘wait four hours, then call german village taxi’
