Streetcars would only be viable if they connect the rest of the city and surrounding areas. Not just an area that a lazy person could walk in less than half an hour.
I would love to see you walk 2.8 miles in less than 30 minutes.
It also sounds like you need to travel to Columbus and check out the independent art scene. I bet you would be surprised by what you could find.
