I’m trying to get myself prepared to go vote on Saturday. We were planning on going a few days ago, but things keep popping up. We definitely want to get things over with early, since our neighborhood has had some issues in the past. Not that I anticipate any problems this year, but you never know.
So, I pulled up a copy of my sample ballot tonight from the Franklin County Board of Elections website, and… holy crap. I had no idea that there were actually so many presidential candidates on the ballot this year. I figured we’d have the usually Green and Libertarian candidates, but there’s like 20 other people running for president. I mean, more power to all of them I guess. I’ve voted for third parties in the past, and will probably do it again, but sorry guys… you’re out of luck this time around.
