A non-profit development group is working on the possibility of a large artist’s “mall” for lack of a better word, near Franklin Park. The concept is that artists and craftsmen rent booths that are permanently open (during business hours) to sell their wares at, with a sales staff on hand. They are also thinking of including studio spaces into this project.
