So, tomorrow is my birthday, and I wanted to mention that I got an early present last week from my friends Josh and Niki at Tigertree: a custom hand-made wallet! If you’re unfamiliar with their boutique shop in the Short North, they make a lot of great customized products from old recycled book covers, such as wallets and belt buckles. My new wallet (images below) was made from a 1971 children’s book called “Walker, the Witch, and the Striped Flying Saucer”. I thought it was a great personalized gift and just wanted to plug their awesome store here real quick to say thanks to them both. If you’ve never stopped in, go check it out!
